Most recently, I worked at Nordstrom Rack as a Sales Experience Rep. My work included helping customers at checkout to provide a fast and friendly experience. I also worked with the back-of-house and floor teams to help keep the store running smoothly. A key part of the role involved offering Nordstrom credit cards, which gave me real hands-on sales experience. Over time, I learned how to communicate value effectively and became one of the top credit card sellers in the store.

At Blonde Boutique, I worked in social media, web design, and e-commerce to help grow the brand’s outreach. I created social media campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to boost visibility and engagement. On the website side, I updated product photos, descriptions, and stock levels on Shopify to improve the overall shopping experience. This role taught me how cohesiveness and appeal in branding create customer value and drive sales.

As a store assistant, I supported daily operations by managing inventory, fulfillment, and store organization. I created wholesale product catalogs and also redesigned the Squarespace website for better functionality to streamline processes for both customers and owners. This role gave me insight into the behind-the-scenes systems that keep businesses running smoothly.
